Keeping the Momentum Going!

Today, I uploaded a quick 25-second reel on my Instagram—a sped-up look at me updating my website and creating my logo for SheCreatesBro, all within one hour.

When I first launched SheCreatesBro, I had no clear path. I didn’t know where to start, how to begin, or what the next steps would be. But as I took small actions—setting up my Instagram page, studying some of my favorite creators, and building my website—the steps ahead started to reveal themselves. The more I did, the clearer the path became.

In just this past week, I’ve learned three powerful lessons:

  1. Perfectionism is a killer for progress—don’t let it hold you back.
  2. Don’t fear failure or doubt—fail forward; every misstep eventually leads to success.
  3. Keep the momentum going—small, consistent actions each day create real progress.

Naturally, I’m a planner. I love mapping things out and forecasting, but this time, I chose not to plan every detail. While planning is a skill, I realized it can sometimes keep me from moving forward, as I tend to see every obstacle on the path to my goal.

With SheCreatesBro, I’m allowing myself to go with the flow, keeping an ideal vision in mind but staying flexible with whatever comes next. The journey is as important as the destination, and I’m excited to see where this creative process will take me!

Keep the momentum going for whatever you start and whatever you put your mind towards!

Until next time,

Grace R.

I love how you stated 2x things. Being a perfectionist, stopped you from moving forward and so did critical planning. I can relate to that with my own journey aswell. Sort of like reflecting me in a way. Awesome post though, looking forward to your next one. How do I subscribe to get emails for your post updates? Cheers man
